WELCOME TO OUR BRISBANE CHURCH
We believe the church should be the most inclusive community in the world.
God is relentlessly in pursuit of intersecting with people’s lives, meeting them right where they are at. Our culture is built on the ethos that you don’t have to be the right person to receive God’s grace; that you don’t have to believe to belong; that no matter what you’ve made of your past, present or potential, you are IN the right place to receive God’s love.
Welcome to our family. Welcome to our hearts. Welcome to Lifeplace Church.
You’re in the
Pastors Ben Windle and Cindi Windle began the journey of starting Lifeplace Church in Brisbane because they have a passion to see people discover God and grow in their faith. They have a genuine love for people of all ages, and of all nationalities. Both raised in Brisbane and coming from ministry families, they have seen God do great things, but their eyes remain on the horizon with anticipation for all the future has!
Our 'In' Culture
Every family, sporting team, and organisation is ultimately defined by its culture. Our culture describes who we are, our unique passions and convictions. We believe in creating a spirit-filled, contemporary community of faith, that boldly echoes the gospels invitation to humanity to come as you are.
Our response as a church to this great invitation is the basis of our IN culture; a culture built to include the whosoevers, so they can be inspired through the hearing of the gospel to be involved in building God’s church and influencing their society.
We create this unique ‘IN’ culture at Lifeplace by upholding the following values!
Authentic + Welcoming
We believe the church should be the most inclusive community the world. Our heart is for people to discover an authentic and welcoming community; a place that is for the ones and many. From the misfits to magnets, from the holy to the lonely.
This core value is outworked and brought to life through our people; authentic and welcoming individuals from all walks of life, connecting with people from all walks of life. A community that not only believes in diversity, but celebrates it at every level.
Passion + Integrity
We believe in inspiring individuals and families to lead impactful lives through demonstrating the power of the gospel. Our passion to be a relevant community of faith in our city, is matched by our commitment to uphold the word of God with integrity in both word and deed.
Our deep seeded desire to see people connect with this eternal message of hope is fuelled by our uncompromising conviction to communicate in practical ways the depths of Christianity.
Confident + Community
We believe in the power of a mobilised church. A church that encourages ordinary people to understand that together as a community we can be part of building something extraordinary. A community that places significance on every person and empowers them with the confidence to believe that no matter who they are, they have a part to play.
As our church continues to expand and reach a greater breadth of people, we are constantly pioneering new pathways for people to partner their skill, time, resource and passion with the house of God.
Benchmark + Innovation
We believe in using modern and innovative methods to empower people to influence society 7 days a week. Be it at the family dinner table, the corporate boardroom, out on the work site, or in a lecture hall, our passion is to help you point people in your world to Jesus.
Progressive in our approach, we hold firm to our Biblical convictions, whilst pursuing new benchmarks in technology and methodology. We want everything we do to tell the story of Jesus to our community with clarity and relevance.
The Life Minute by Ben Windle has become a much loved source of practical wisdom for everyday life. Originating on Brisbane’s 96.5fm, and now broadcast over many stations and platforms of media, The Life Minute distills practical keys to relationships, finances, health, parenting, marriage, faith, and more into a succinct 60 second format.

Come as you are! Our church is very casual and informal – so please dress in whatever you are comfortable in. Our church would look very similar to you average crowd in a shopping centre.
Our services really need to be experienced to be understood. They are welcoming, engaging, and helpful. Our services have two major segments – music and teaching. We start our services with music and singing (worship), and then have teaching from the Bible. You can come and engage and observe at your own level.
